The progression cards are a form of teaching, to guide you forward into the beauty that surrounds you. It takes a step by step approach expanding on subjects and offering guidance in a logical form. The colours are graded and it would be wise to start at the beginning and steadily progress, opening out your perception and gaining depth along the way.

Start with the red section, and work through from cardinal to pink before moving through orange, yellow, green, light blue, indigo and violet in the same fashion. There is much to be learnt and there is no hurry to get to the end. However, as you progress your spiritual awareness will be raising.
